SoftConsole 4.2.33 on Citrix IP500v2 with R9.0(845) No access to control Directory Entry Properties 1

I have installed SC on a windows 7 and 8.1 machines, disabled the firewall settings in windows 7 and 8.1, and still the Directory Entry Properties are greyed out so I can't make changes. I have complete BLF and I can see the vm message status and FWD status in the BLF Group pane, everthing funtions but tbhe most important part for my customer the ability to forward and change user settings by the operator.
I saw a post that said something about a tftp timer setting. Any thoughts or ideas?

You need to change the TFTP read/write settings in the security settings. By default on R9, it's disabled. It's under system/unsecured interfaces. This has come up on this very board a couple of times now.
