Have a client that just went from CICS 6.1 to MICS 7.0 with existing CP100 2.1. They now have occasional voicemail issues. Is this a software compatibility issue?

Yes you need to be at least 3.0 so best to upgrade to 3.1

Can the Call Pilot be upgraded by simply replacing the flash card or is there more to it than that? Is there an upgrade card like the one for MICS upgrades and associated procedures?

2 ways
Replace the card
Upgrade the existing card

Techs would normally bring a standard 3.1 software card to site and upgrade the current card in the CP using the front slot (see my FAQ)

If I simply replace the flash card will the CP100 lose its programming?
