Soft Key on a 5410

I have a little problem with 5410 phones :
I can use the softkey (redial, history,...) only if i configure "Call appearance" function.
But, i did'nt whant use the multiple call possibilities.
What's the solution please ???

V3.0(69) or V3.1(44)+
add "RESERVE_LAST_CA=1" to the useres source numbers & give the user 2 apperance keys.

this may cause problems with shortcodes for call pickup
