Soft-Ex Ringmaster

Anyone used Soft-Ex Ringmaster (Soft-Ex Telephony Manager) for Call Accounting system. Planning to purchase it, just wanted to know experts comments. I think Ringmaster is the best product available for International market.

Veramark eCAS doesn't support international standards, it's only for US market.

No one here uses this....strange.!!! they claim they have more than 50,000 installations.

Hi. I have installed over 20 sites with the software. It's called the Softes Telephony Manager now. It's a cool software but I think it works best with the Ericsson range of PBX. I have also used it for a lot of Avaya PBXs.

I would recommend that you go ahead and buy it.
