We are trying to use Soft Console at the reception desk but it is not working. We installed the license key. Installed an Avaya USB headset adapter on the PC. The USB headset adapter is the default audio device. Quiet Headset is ticked in the config for that extension. And we tested sound recording and playback via the headset and it works. The problem is that when a call comes in she hits "Enter" to answer it and the audio for the phone call comes in via the 4424 speaker. Not sure what else to try.
