IP office 9.0 we have a receptionist license soft console installed. The issue is the display window on the soft console is solid black when no activity, red on incoming, and green on active call but does not show call ID and info in window. So what I'm saying is that the whole display window is one of those solid colors. Any clues?

ok I see now what you are talking about, I just had to open mine up, the colors are normal, caller id would be if you have sip or pri or icid analog trunks, if you do not have these then you will receive no caller id. The Ipoffice knowledge base has some good videos on how to set these up
