soft console issue 2

system = IPO 9.1.100
softconsole = 9.1.0.146

issue = i am not able to drag a call with the mouse and transfert it to a user. I Have to use the button transfer or F2 key.
 
Sooooo. Update: I installed the new files. When SC launched it showed up as Version 1.0.0.0 It seemed to login and run just fine. However when the user logged out and tried to log back in it wouldn't launch. Looked in at SSA and it showed that the Receptionist license was still in use. Even though if you looked at Task Mgr of the PC it wasn't running. Looked at Processes and the program was still running there. Killed the process the license became available and user logged back in fine, but still same issue with not logging out. I removed the files and they are running back on 9.1.3 for SC. It worked for a few days and customer said tey came back from lunch and it was locked up again.

Did I do something wrong when I added the files? Any other thoughts?
 
I don't think so I just got updated that Avaya is trying to make a patch for this and send it to me when they make it permanent.

Awesome... Way to go Avaya. Does your SC run as 1.0.0.0 after applying the new files, or does it run as 9.1.something?
