Dear All,

Two IP500v2 tied with SCN, both using softconsole, with Embedded VM.

Softconsole BLF can see the extensions status (busy, Call Forward, DND, Idle) of users from remote IP500v2. BUT can't see the number of new voicemail. I can see the number of new messages using system status.

Both system using Embedded VM with IP Office Mode, same version R8.1 (81).

can anyone help??

Embedded is not supported in an SCN, you need to use VM Pro/Preferred for full functionality/correct operation of VM :)
