SoE constant reboot 1

Hi all! I have a problem with my SoE.
One of my coleegues tried to upgrade it from 2.1 to 4.0(10), but he has skipped 3.2(999) step, so the system now contantly reboots.

I know how to use DTE port and I've set my PC correctly, but I can not access SoE because it is going up abd down every few seconds and it does not bring ethernet interfac up at all!!

On HyperTerminal I get this message:

Hit escape as soon as the unit is powered up. This will be enough to get you so that you can put in the AT commands.

I am doing that but Terminal gets blocked and I can't enter any command

1.- Open your manager and select the bootp entry of your ipo
ensure that your *.bin are selected
2.- Open your TFTPLog (view->tftplog)
3.- Configure your hiperterminal
4.- Disconect your IPOffice
5.- Push the scape button in your pc and power on the ipo
6.- When the ipo contest write:
AT (ipo = ok) ; AT-X1, AT-X2, AT-x3
7.- When finish, power off the unit
8.- Your ipaddress must be change for 192.168.42.XX
9.- Check yoyr TFTPLog
I hope this resolve your problem

use a different program
hyperterminal is not that good and lockes up very often

when you see this text you realy need to push escape

Hi all, i have the same problem of IPwarrior.
I followed all the instructions (serial connection, AT commands) but Soe continues to reboot after i shut down and, then, i power on it.
It doesn't start up ethernet for the time needed to ask for bootp, how can i do?

Great, i've solved the problem writing AT-X (multi sector erase procedure).
After it replied ok, the Bootp transfer started.
