It might help if you explained what "SOCKS CAP" does.

SocksCap intercepts the networking calls from WinSock applications and redirects them through a SOCKS server or proxy server without modification to the orginal applications or to the operating system software or drivers. Most computer games cannot be configured for proxy or socks access. If your network only allows internet connectivity via a proxy server and you have no way to tell your app to use that proxy server, then that application is useless.
