SNMP With Xp Professional

I am a relative novice with networking, but would like to know if there is a networking monitor or SNMP application included with XP?

I run XP pro on a file server in the office with 3 clients connected and would like to be able to analyse the traffic on the network to ensure/confirm optimum settings.

Install them via Add Remove Programs (Windows Components).

Do I need to run this on all PCs on the network?

Or just the server?
