SNMP trap at CPU mem at 90% (SigServer)

the LOGfile of a sigserver shows the memory-use eg:
Oct 8 10:03:36 ucmprim monit[24794]: 'ucmprim.local' mem usage of 44.7% matches resource limit [mem usage<90.0%]
does anyone know if this message is send as an SNMP trap.(and so which) and are there more treshold what will send an SNMP trap.

how big is the hard drive on your server? i had that issue on a 7.0 and the ucm stop working and I had a 40G hard drive... replaced with a 160g hard drive and rebuilt and everything was ok
 
i am sorry but thats is not an option. i want t know if an SNMP trap can be send to my SNMP management application,
