Hi,

We are a mid-size company looking for a snmp solution. My boss does not want to go with freeware such as MRTG, Nagios, or Cacti for support reasons. Nor do we need sometime like HPOpen View. Any recommendations?

thanks.

Specifically, what are you looking for...monitoring, reporting, analytics, all, other?

We are looking for something that can monitor, report, and alert us when an interface or node that goes down via email as primary and dial out to a pager for backup. Thanks.

I have the similiar needs and would like suggestions for monitoring a few routers and servers (exchange, file and web) Am currently on a trial version of dopplerVUE. Works pretty well but want to cover my bases.

Anybody use or have problems with dopplervue?

Hello. Our company uses NetMechanica ( products. For network management we use NetDecision NetworkManager, for monitoring there is NetDesicion TrafficGrapher, for event management there is NetDecision TrapVision. NetMechanica Support is very responsive and usually answers in a day or a day after the request has been sent.
