SNMP for Option 11 3.0

Trying to set up SNMP on a Option 11 3.0. I had the instructions,but not sure it pertains to 3.0. I can't get past the (set enable_traps on). Get sch099. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

> set open_alarm 0 10.38.1.64

=> prt open_alarm

Open Alarm destination #0 is 10.38.1.64

=> ping 10.38.1.64

PING 10.38.1.64 SUCCESSFUL

=> set enable_traps on
SCH0099 ENABLE_TRAPS?

=> set enable_traps on
