SNMP CPU Load on switch C460

i need to view cpu load on a coreswitch C460.
i used solarwinds tool, opmanager and prtg traffic grapher but it did not function.
i can view cpu load using cli interface (by the command show cpu load) but i need use software to produce graphics and statistics.
snmp appears to be activated. community string and port are correct but solarwinds reports no values.
how can i do?
