Snifffer Distributed 4.5 - Could not find agent

Agent is already installed but did something (dont ask) and now I have 'Could not find find the agent running.Please start the agent and try again' each time I try to add to agent list.

Please help!!!!

A. Can you ping the agent from the console?
B. Is the Monitor Card sniffer driver enabled?

Are you able to remote desktop/or login into PC running the agent? If so restart the dsagent service.

Hi,

If Agent use Windows XPSp2, enable port 2001 UDP, port 8088 TCP, SnifferProb.exe and ProbView.exe in firewall mode excepctions.
