Sniffer Reporter Agent stops importing the art.csv file

I'm using Sniffer Reporter Agent 3.99.17. The art.csv file is being updated by the Distributed Sniffer Agent, but the Reporter agent stops importing the art.csv data after the first time. The Reporter agent will import the file once, then will never import it again. Restarting the box or the agents has no effect. Removing the agent software and reinstalling it will get the Reporter agent to import the art.csv file one more time. The Reporter agent has no problems importing all other .csv files.

Anyway to answer your question :

I had problems similiary with some data ( i guess sniffer was shutdown with no mercy ) , so i noticed that date when it hangs and eliminated those day and imported rest of data
