Sned Email from different Email Address 1

Greetings. I currently have a module that sends emails to customers with no problem. What I want to do now is change the "FROM" email address from my personal email to a generic department email, so everyone can have access to the replies. I am currently using CreateObject.CreateItem to send the current emails.

Any ideas?
