I have a Snapserver 4100 which is failing with a "unable to upgrade language" message during initialization. Went on the Snapserver web site but did not find any information on this message. I'm thinking the firmware or OS got clobbered somehow but not sure. The OS is currently at 3.1 and was wondering if I should upgrade to 4 to resolve this issue. Would appreciate any information on this subject.
