Could anyone tell me if there is a limit on how large of an email Crystal Enterprise can send? I have some reports that average about 1.8mb, but I receive the following error message when they run.

SMTP_E_EXCEEDED_STORAGE(552)[/color red]

Our Exchange server limit for individual email size is 6mb, so that is not the issue. I would appreciate any help since I can not get our SysAdmins to respond to my inquiry.

I am experiencing the same issue with Crystal Enterprise 9. Just curious if you ever found a solution or explanation to this issue.

Our administrator found that there is a limit in Crystal Enterprise. He increased it, and it took care of the problem.

Sorry, the setting was in IIS on the CE server. Bumped up the settings in IIS SMTP to 5 MB.

That resolved the issue... I was always under the impresstion that our system used our internal Exchange server to send to that destination. It turns out that it was configured to use another local SMTP engine that was set to the default 2 MB limit.
