Hi im new to exchange. i recieved a pre-configured echange server that isnt really setup. i have setup outgoing smtp connector to route through my isp and that works fine. The issue im having is that the pop3 connector im using is downloading msgs fine but when it sends them to my smtp (on same machine) they are bounced showing error 5.0.0 . I have a feeling that this is something to do with either my ip/subnet settings or dns settings. I am using the router bewteen the server and the internet as the dns. 192.168.1.254 . Also from what i understand my wan and lan ip need to be on different subnets?? is that right? and would this affect it? heres my ipconfig/all
