I'm not sure if I'm having a problem, or rather this is not my issue, but here is the scenario.
When my users are sending mail to a particular domain, the mail message appears in the SMTP queue as "host did not respond to connection attempt." The wierd thing is that they are reporting no e-mail problems on their end.
My SMTP is configured to use an external dns in advanced delivery options. I read about this exact problem on the MS knowledge base when using external DNS, but supposivly it should not effect me since I have service pack 3.
Any ideas?
