Anyone know if this is what is supposed to occur when email is being sent via IP Office for Voicemail to Email? (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE)

Also, I have essential edition license.
Thanks

your trace seems to be cut off before the important details but I suspect your mail provider requires TLS encrypted messages, this is not supported by the IP Office so if I am correct you will need to send through another mail server.

if this is not the cause then you probably have an error with your authentication

Ok. That was the only SMTP details that came up in Monitor.

You are using an external mail server, VM to email on embedded and VM Pro was designed for use with customer owned mail servers. Nearly all external mail providers require encryption, I also suspect this is your issue. Try creating a GMX account and test with that they allow no encryption on SMTP :)

WhoIs says Verizon own that address, Googling Verizon email settings shows they require a SSL secure connection :)
