Just to give a little background. I am a bio/chem teacher at a relatively small charter school who inherited the IT position (along with other duties) when our IT guy left. He thought I'd be able to do the job...I think he overestimated my ability. In any case, we are working with an OfficsServ 7200 system for our phones. We have a few that need to be swapped out. We bought used and now I'm having a problem programming them on our system. I'm fairly certain this is due to incompatible firmware. We're running in the 70's the refurbed phones are running in the 30's. I tried to update...failed. I tried using a TFTP server...again no joy. Admittedly, this may be due to my lack of know-how. In any case, I was hoping maybe some of you had some ideas of what I might be doing wrong and how I might correct this. Thanks in advance.

Hello mdarley,

I don't think it's due to the firmware because as long as it is OfficeServ firmware you're alright.
Anyhow could you name the exact firmwares you're using? Also the firmware of the OS7200 itself?

What message does the phone show when it is powered on?
Have you already run an easy install on them?
