SMSLogonSvc Directory Problem

When I enable discovery by logon a folder called SMSLogonSvc gets created on one of our servers (BDC). The folder contains 160MB of files. The server is the BDC, DNS, Exchange, Printer Que, and NAV server. We only have 160MB of space free on the C drive.

Is there a way to tell it to copy these file to a different drive?

Why does it copy to the BDC instead of the PDC?
