SMSEXECUTIVE service problems

Has anyone run into a problem of losing SMSExecutive service on the NT4.0 domain controller?

I have a SMS 2.0 w/ SP4 secondary site, I've reset the site but still haven't solve the problem. I am getting a error "Error Communicating with Component" when I tried to do a query on the SMS_EXECUTIVE service.

I would check in services as to what account this service is using to startup and check the account. I had a similar problem with sms service on a BDC and also received "error communicating with component"

I appreciated for the reply! I already check the SMS_EXECUTIVE service on the DC, but it is no longer exists. The SMS_INBOX_MANAGER_ASSISTANT service also gone.

Any idea how I can reinstall these services besides Reseting the Site?
