SMS System Status Critical

I wonder if anyone can help. I have just cleared up my site after som problems, by disabling and re-enabling the discovery and client installation methods. All the logon points have been refreshed, and now contain the same version of software as the CAP.

I have found that all the Logon Points are displaying a status of critical - purely because the disk space is showing as 0 bytes - which is clearly not the case. Does anyone know if it is a permissions based thing possibly ?

I can install new clients without any problems at all - using SMSman and SMSLS.

I have now checked the nt_logon.log file and each of my logon points is referenced with the following error

~Connection to \\servername\ADMIN$\ FAILED; error = 80070002

the admin$ share definitely exists and can be accessed from the site server console. The site connection account is a member of the Domain Admins group as well.

Very strange ! everything appears to be functioning correctly, but the SMS Server appears not to be able to resolve the admin$ share of each of the Logon Points - any advice would be most welcome
