SMS Software Distribution

I am a newbie to SMS. Just started using last week. I manage to create a site and discover all the PC. I have successfully installed advanced clients to 5 of my client PC.
Can anyone tell me how to distribute software (setup.exe) to all the clients PC ?
Do I need to package the software to MSI ?
