SMS Snap-in failed to initialize

I made a console for admins to use instead of the entier SMS adminisrator.&nbsp;&nbsp;When they open the .msc file on their PC running NT4, they get the message &quot;Snap-in failed to initialize&quot;.&nbsp;&nbsp;If they log on at another PC they can open it.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have been checking Technet, and network properties in NT4.0 with no resolution yet.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are only using TCP/IP protocol.&nbsp;&nbsp;The snap-in is version 1.1, and we have at least verion 4.01 SP2 of Internet Explorer.&nbsp;&nbsp;Anyone have an idea what to look for next?<br>Thanks.

Check the version of the data access component.

I already have installed the MDAC201 service packs. Some machines can connect, but some can't.&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm still checking network properties, but no luck yet.
