SMS is deleting packages?? HELP!!!

OK, so i have an sms server setup on a 2003 server. WHen i create a package it is deleted a couple minutes later out of the shared folder. What the heck is going on? What is the proper way to pacakge an msi and an msi that was created using wininstall le 2003?
