On some clients we have the problem, that SMS starts to install the software again and again (the install routine includes a de-install procedure...).
The Status message viewer says the following:
2005-05-18: Program for ad. will not be run. The programs settings indicates, that the program should only run on computers where the prev. attempt to run the program was not successful. The prev. attempt to run was successful.
So far so good. But then:
2005-05-24: Advertisement received - Ad. has not been run yet - and SMS starts the installation again.
This time the result is: "The program for advertisement "RB120214" failed ("RB10004A" - "Per-system EVG"). The failure description was "Error 1719.The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. "
Has anybody an idea whats wrong there? We have similar problems on other clients.
