SMS Install Site

On the Client there is a site shown and all the components are fully downloaded.

On the Admin console, I can't see the Site Code, the Client = "No".

What is wrong? And how do I get the Site Code in??

How long ago did you install the client? you should give 48 hours. Also, have you tried to uninstall the client and reinstall? Be sure to use the 20cliclean to uninstall or at least remove the sms key from the registry.

can you remote control the pc/server in question

i've seen a lot that say no but they work as normally

they do as stated above take a couple of days at time

It has been about 5 days now, still now sign of it. But yes, it does work normally.

There were problems with the first time installation, when I removed it, I didn't remove the sms key from the registry. Will do that, and see if the information appears.
