SMS Factory Enumeration Failure

Please can someone help!

I have a very great problem when I enter my server of SMS, in some occasions it marks me that the CONNECTION WITH the SERVER OF DATA FAILURE, and in others when I want to enter the remote console sends the error to me that to continuation I detail to them, I hope that somebody can help since I am very desperate is a very important tool for and I have not found answer, thousand thanks me.
