SMS 2003 R2 - ITCU Scan Tool distro Error

Has anyone been playing with the R2 beta for SMS. When you install it, it creates a package, prog and advertisement automatically to install the scan tool on the clients. However, I'm getting a 10006 error message from the Advertisement. There seems to be no problem with the specified paths though. Anybody else come across this error?
