SMS 2.0 Windows NT Software Installation Account

SMS 2.0 - Windows NT Software Installation Account - My Package won't run under a non local administrator account. I have double checked this setting and gave a domain admin user id in the Site Settings - Component Configuration - Software Distrubution, I know it has local administrator rights to all domain computers, but my package won't run under it, if you login to the pc as a user with local administrator it runs. any suggestions? SMS 2.0 w/SP5

make to default group of the installer account - domain admin
will probably be set to domain user just now
