SMS 2.0 Install

-Running 2000 Server
-Installed SQL 2000
-Installing* SMS 2.0

Installation goes well until the COM Control Installation.
Sits there when attempting to register com control in
[\sms\i386\sms_pshi.dll] Not recieving any error messages or indication the installation is hung or has failed. Just sits there. Any idea's or suggestions?
