SMS 1.2 Remote control security issue

In SMS 1.2: Why does the quick viewer only work with some people and not others? It gives me a screen asking for a username and password when I click on remote control. It like it asking for administrative rights to access that machine that I am trying to remote control. I have been successful in remote controlling the PDC and a user's machine, but nobody elses.

That because the local policy of the machine is set so only the local account on the machine can access it. Change the local security to include your name of the global admin group and it will work.
