SMS 1.2 and SMS 2.0 on same server?

Hi,
is anybody knows, if it is possible to install SMS 2.0 on the same server as is SMS 1.2 installed? I want to use Remote Tools w/o interruption. I need to install SMS 2.0 / manage remote PCs with RT / when SMS 2.0 RT is usable / delete SMS 1.2...
