Does anyone know if it's possible to setup Smoothwall (GPL version) with public IP addresses on the Orange NIC (DMZ)?

I want to create a static route from the Internet (red) to the DMZ (orange), and have NAT working between the Internet (red) and my private LAN (green).

The FAQs and docs on the smoothwall site don't seem to cover this. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of configuration? Or is there another way to do this?

Many thanks,

James Feldman.

I asked that question on irc chat to the writers of smoothwall and they said....

<HiltonT> satdx: SmoothWall GPL supports a single RED IP, no aliases - Corp Server and SmoothHost
<dickmorrell> proper red IP aliasing requires purchase of CorpServer + smoothhost
<satdx> is that from <dickmorrell> yes

So you need to get CorpServer + smoothhost

My problem was the same DSL bridge on the RED, then eight ips on the DMZ, finaly 192.168 range on the green DHCP. But alas it will not do the job unless I purchase. Now i have got to write a justification for it.
