Smoothing of movement in Flash 5

If I wanted a menu to slide out on a click or a mouseover, but wanted it to kinda slow down before it reached it's final destination, what is the code for that and how do I implement it?

In your Frame Panel, select Motion Tween. Here you can adjust Easing In or Easing Out. This will have the Motion either go from slow to fast or from fast to slow.
