SMI Workbench Error

Hi all,

I have installed SMI Workbench on a set of PC's that it was never installed on before.

When I try to access the "fat client" I received an error advising "Internal Application Error. Please Contact your system administrator" - the trouble is that I am the system administrator and not sure where to go with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are those PC's running Windows XP?
Doubt it will work with Windows 7 or 8 (probably .net version related).

It's a long time ago I installed SMI.

After a search on 'Internal Application Error' some tips came up;

Use the latest SU and PEP's and the standard install path (with sufficient write rights) and try installing on a 'clean PC';
