We are experiencing a problem at one of our customer locations and I know that you techies are superb at what you do.
Problem:
Has anybody ever heard of a problem where SMDR records on outgoing calls on a Norstar (MICS 5.0 with SMDR 6) are not generated. We have verified the SMDR settings and they are set to Report "ALL". The customer has PRI. Inbound call records are generated fine.
