SMDR works but ADMIN doesn´t

I can get extension info in the hyperterminal but I Can´t read the menus on the SPM.

I´m using the same computer, port and configuration, ¿any idea of what is wrong?

I have occasionally seen the admin port go bad. No way to fix it that I know of. Your options would be to use a 20L to program or try using SPM via the modem

I tried the modem somedays ago and it didn´t worked, but when I tried again with the ADMIN port I found that everything was working well so I have the suspicion that it was a blocked port or something like that and that it started working properly when I closed the conection of the modem

Get rid of the cable you were using the day the admin port failed to work.....might be bad.

SMDR does it use the same 355 adapter as the admin port.
Can you view the smdr data through a hyper terminal.
