Does sombody know a friendly but good SMDR software?
I have call accounting but I can only see the SMDR´s sent data using Raw Data, How can I organize the info?

You can't run reports on that?

But to answer your question, try RSI.. They have some good software..

Yes, Tapit software is really good. Go to trisys.com and get the demo, its good for 30 days and its the full version.

I usually vote for RSI, too. The software is pretty easy for the customer to maintain.

for baseline affordable and works on a smdr-6 I use the CallLWhere software. a lot of the "Pro" softwares out there were optimized for the CTA-100/150 and don't work with an SMDR, check what hardware is needed to support the software you are looking at so you don't have to buy hardware to support your new software.

I think ISI is the best around for call accounting. They used to be for only larger companies but now they have Infortel Select EZ. You can go to and see their stuff. Just a thought

Thanks

Genesis Call Accounting

great Call Accounting software lower cost than rsi easier to use and setup

may have changed now but when i used rsi (couple years ago)
service left a bad taste , they would not fix and said was system fault , every flippen time, but i digress, software is good but for costing and pms sytem integration i like the genesis

RSI is the only vendor that is cross-platform that I know. They have Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, ShoreTel and whole bunch of other compatible lab tested products. I think they are sold by most of the major channels. I started recommending the stuff about 10 years ago. I have never had a problem with support in all that time.

I agree..RSI works with anything. They also have solutions for specific platforms that nobody else can do. I have not experienced any support issues. Their support team is excellent. They have been very responsive and really want to resolve your issues.
