Sorry i need some help to try to understand this smdr records unfortunatly i can't find some ralation between them and the pbx ARS or dial up, the number 9543895 it is a speed call the user dials like an ext 4 digits.
Thanks a lot for your help
 
The first 2 records are internal calls (that's what the "I" indicates), assuming this is data from an SX2000 or 3300/MCD. What system and release is this from?
 
Its a 3300 MCD reléase 6.0 SP3 12.0.3.15 Thks
 
Check the help file in the web management interface. Log into the PBX, go to "SMDR Options", and click on "Help", that will pull up the help file to the appropriate section, with descriptions of all the data fields. The data and layout varies a bit depending on what SMDR Options you have enabled or disabled.
