SMDR question

Does the SMDR 5 provide a call record for internal station to station calls? Am I correct that a '5' is needed for MICS 3.0 software?

Hello,

Nortel currently does not provide Station-Station (internal call) from an SMDR5 or SMDR6 (latest device - fully backwards compatible).

If you really need internal call reporting, RSI does offer a software solution called "Tools CTI Pack - Standard Module" (for Norstar and/or BCM environments). Connectivity is via a CTA100 device. The "modified" SMDR datastream will now include Internal calls (also included is Forced&Verified Account Codes). This can be purchased "Bundled" with an RSI CDR package or "Unbundled" for integration to another 3rd party package.
