No such command as CINIP exists!!
What data are you trying to print out? Call logging commands for SMDR all begin CL.

Hi,
would be helpfull to have "CLDFP".
There seems to be nothing connected to port 3 of NIU or the parameters of your PC don't correspond to the parameters in "IOIFP".

Did it work before? Do you have connected the right cable:

TSR...0459, crossovercable, maybe 1:1-Adapter 24 to 9PIN, and do not use gender-changer!

Dear,

Now i can retrie all data to my PC but i still misunderstanding on
<Cldfp;
FILE ADMINISTRATION DATA
FILE STATE
SMDR01 ACT
IODEV/PATH USER DEVICE STATE PRIORITY
SMDR CIL-1 READY/STARTED C
END

Could you tell me when i disconnect the cable the device state was return to passive so even i try to replug it still in passive state. do we have command to resold?
