SMDR output shows as VOICEMAIL

Hi all,

Heres a funny one. I have a customer using delta server to generate reports in custom made software. At some point calls made out of the country (all starting with 00) shows as VOICEMAIL in smdr_output. Calls inbound shows correct. Anyone have any ideas??
