Hi guys,

we have recently taken on a new customer who use a front of house billing software which is having trouble adjusting their interface to see the SMDR output of our emg80 - the software house want us to get our new system to mimic an LG system (model unknown as yet) that they currently have working with their interface. At the moment i am struggling to find out which settings in PGM 177 I need to turn on to gain the extra 2 columns - is The COUNT column possibly call COUNT? Here is the 2 outputs to compare. In the past any software firms we have worked with for TAPI or SMDR have been able to adjust quite easily their side but these guys are not really willing :-(

STA 6(1)
CO 12(7)
TIME 16(11)
START 25(20)
DIALED NUMBER 40(35)
COST 62(57)
ACCOUNT CODE 74(69)
CLI NUMBER 87(82)
Disconnect Cause 108(103)

Any ideas which system the 1st output might be from?
