SMDR on option 11c

Is there an smdr port on the option 11 c ?
need one for recording of calls, trunk side
according to vendor putting recorder on 11c

you need a list of dialed numbers or a recording of your calls?

smdr is included in the pkg for the opt 11.. you'll need to either add an adan tty with usr cty, build cdr_data then change cdr to yes on the routes... that will give you external cdr, best to capture that to a pc...

I'll need to have more info from the recorder vendor
as to what he's wanting to do
I know the switch is now recording conversations
on the digital phones but they want to record on
all stations ana & dig phones. They may also want
a printout of all calls but I'm not sure.

So the smdr port is on the ssc card?

yes but it does not record conversation... nothing is the switch records converstaion.. that would require a aftermarket addon, and it would record at a trunk level usually, not a station level

your correct the recording is from an after market
product so then he must be want to obtain a printout
such as cdr.
